A simple, 4 step process…
Step 1 → Initial Product Discussions
It is certainly useful if you have a clear idea of what you want and can either sketch or technical drawing. We can design a wide range of bespoken products from the traditional style to the more contemporary. It may be useful to consider the following prior to contacting us:
Budget Do you have a set budget to work with for your product or perhaps money is not an issue? Knowing your budget will help us suggest such things as the materials that can be used, the overall time available to create the item and add detail, and finish to apply.
Lead Time How soon do you require the product? Turnaround for order depends on a number of factors. We always have a certain amount of wood in stock that would allow a order to be made reasonably quickly. However, if a specific material is needed then it could take longer.

Finishing
Wood Type Do you have a specific preference to the wood used or is it generally either a light or dark wood? We use a variety of woods and mixed components for our products (eg metals, clay, suede, wood alternatives).
Product personalization is one of the aspect you should consider to.
Packaging Do you require any packaging? To add that special finishing touch, we can provide packaging for your products including printed tags or labels , foil wrap, multiproduct packaging and stickers.
Step 2 → Prototyping or Computer Modeling
Once we have discussed your requirements we will either create a 3d computer model this will give you an opportunity to visualize how the final piece will look. Soon you will accepted design we can manufacturing prototype if you are required. Usually the process of technical drafting and prototype making will take between 2 to 3 weeks, but it depends on the design of the actual product. As we have wild range of the standard products we can send you sample product which will be closed you your design so you can have confidence our product is going to satisfy their expectations. At this stage it is easy to change and rearrange product design. You may decide to omit this stage if time is limited and you are certain of your requirements.
Step 3 →Contract sign off
The design and prototype has been agreed and now it is time to create the product. Last stage before we will start production will be contract we will send you with all information like final drawing, delivery date, pricing ect. We will keep you up to date with production progress via email. .
Step 4 → Feedback
